On December 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor was bombed. In his subsequent speech, President Franklin D. Roosevelt deemed that day as “A Day which will live in Infamy.” For our collective community, the tragedy that occurred on February 14, 2018, is a “Day that will live in Infamy.” Join us for an interactive discussion regarding the range of factors that put people at risk for violence or protect them from experiencing or perpetrating violence and the complex interplay between individual, relationship, community, and societal factors.
Dr. Denise St. Patrick Bell is President of GENESIS ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS (GAICON), an organizational and educational development consulting group. As a leader, visionary and influencer for over 30 years, Dr. Bell has worked extensively to create wholeness and positive outcomes for individuals and organizations. Dr. Bell obtained her Doctorate in Educational Administration/Educational Psychology/Research from the University of Arizona, Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and Bachelor of Science in Special Education/Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
