The Coping with Trauma will focus on how mind body medicine can be an empowering tool to address trauma and stress at the community-wide level. Hannah will speak about the powerful impact of CMBM’s model on students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and how the program is spreading across the county. In addition, Ms. Quinn will teach the audience techniques to cope with trauma and stress.
Hannah Quinn is a Program Manager at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine (CMBM) in Washington, D.C.
