Each week your child will have the opportunity to gain classroom learning experience while discovering art apart from the folks. Students will work with a supportive teaching artist on various creative activities and projects. Teen Ceramic Pins 2-Week Class
Fashion and fun come together in this unique ceramic pin making class! Create your very own set of handmade pins that you can use to enhance your jackets, bags, and hats! On the first day of class you will create and glaze the ceramic parts of your set of pins, which will then be fired by the museum before the second class. The second week of class you will finish your pin set with closures, paint, and mixed media. This is a beginner level course and clay forming experience is not required! Supplies included.

This spring, teens can enjoy their break learning about and engaging with the environment artistically! This 1-week Nature-themed art camp is geared specially for teens with a passion for the natural world. Activities range from life-drawing in the landscape around the museum, to creating mixed media collage with natural findings, to creating upcycle sculptures from reclaimed materials. Feel informed about and engaged with your local environment ahead of this year’s Earth Day with this unique 1-week camp!

Looking for one on one instruction? Private classes are great for artists that are interested in developing their skills and advancing them to the next level. These special lessons are especially great for artists who prefer focused one on one instruction or for someone who can’t make it to a scheduled group class.
