A survey will be available for the community to provide their feedback on what new and continuing programs they’d like to see offered at arts facilities in Coral Springs. \nAdmission to the Museum and the Museum Family Day is free. Central to this interactive experience is a large-format loom where participants can contribute to a weaving project\, blending individual creativity into a shared tapestry of connection and heritage. \nThis communal installation acts as a bridge to our roots\, heritage\, and ancestral connections\, revealing the rich symbolism embedded within patterns and designs. Each thread carries a story\, weaving a tapestry that links us to the lives and legacies of those who came before us. \nLearn basic and advanced weaving techniques like warping the loom\, Tabby weaving\, Rya knots\, Interlocking\, Soumak\, Loop stitch\, and taking the weave off the loom. \nChildren must be supervised by their parents or guardians. \nRSVP for Workshop
