Summer Camp: Ages 6 – 8

Pre Care 8:00 AM-9:00 AM

The Coral Springs Museum of Art is making your summer camp experience easier than ever and you can now register your children for Pre Care at summer in the studio.

Parents can now simply choose the weeks of camp that work with their schedules, sign their children up for supervised care with Museum Staff.

  • Pre-Care is offered from 8 AM – 9 AM. Additionally, you can book After Care here.
  • Cost is $25 per week for pre-care.

Art All Week

The Coral Springs Museum of Art is making your summer camp experience easier than ever and you now have two options for registering your children for summer in the studio. You can still pick a specific program to sign your child up for, or you can choose the Art All Week option that will take the guesswork out of camp registration.​

Parents can now simply choose the weeks of camp that work with their schedules, sign their children up for the full day and the Museum does the rest.

Professional artist instructors will select the age appropriate art programs most suitable for the child. Programs offered include painting, drawing, sculpture, digital photography and graphic design and so much more.

Animal Art

Master the basics of drawing animals using pencil, paint and mixed media. Your art work will explore the creative side of the natural world with a different type of animal featured each day

Art Studio

Explore different types of materials used to create a multitude of art pieces. Paint, sculpt, draw and color and see where your imagination takes you.

Art Around the World

Become a world traveler and discover different cultures through art. Students will use a variety of techniques and materials as they explore different destinations around the globe.

Exploring Sculpture

Spend the week creating and exploring the world of sculpture. Wood, paper, wire, cloth, clay and found objects will be worked into creative masterpieces.

Drawing for the Little Artist

This introductory class is perfect for the budding artist. Students will learn techniques using basic shapes and forms to propel their drawings to the next level.

Mixed Media Fun

This class lets the littlest artists experiment with different papers, techniques and ideas to create imaginative works of art and learn about color, composition, texture.

Mixed Media Landscapes

Natural Spaces and man-made architecture are wonderful sources of inspiration for artists. Use paper, paint, clay and a multitude of mixed media to create iconic landscapes

Painting for the Little Artist

A great introductory class for the next Picasso! Explore many painting techniques and learn basic color mixing. This is an excellent class to take along with “Drawing for the Little Artist” to give your child a great start in the world of art!

Papier Mache

Tons of messy FUN!!! Learn the basic techniques of applying papier mache over balloons and recycled objects to create original sculptures, people, animals and imaginary creatures.

Trash to Treasure
