We strive for innovative high quality programming that ranges from hands-on techniques to demos and talks. We develop programs for all ages, skill levels and arts interest. We work inside and outside the arts community to develop collaborations that can help enhance the lives and professions of those to participate. We engage a variety of concepts, ideas and people by working with various cultures, communities and concepts. Our doors and minds are open to all! Creating community through the arts is our goal!
Classes + Registration
Adult + Seniors
We have variety of classes and workshop for all skill levels and art interests. Students will work in studio settings led by seasoned art professionals. We have classes ranging from foundation arts such as drawing and painting to pottery and printmaking. We offer guided open studio programs and specialty workshops focused on demos or intensive learning. Whatever your interest we have something to get your creativity flowing. Have an idea or arts interest that we are offering let us know; we are always growing our programs and interest. Classes are offered throughout the year and at various times of the day to accommodate different lifestyles.
Youth + Teens
Kids & Teens enjoy classes offered in the studio at the throughout the year and during Summer Camp. Whether a beginning or advanced artist, students benefit from new techniques demonstrated by professional artists in every class. Classes offered include Comic Book Design, Art Studio, Drawing Techniques, Teen Jewelry Making & Painting and much more! Classes are taught by trained professional artist with experience working with kids and teens. We have programs traditional after school classes, home school, Summer Camp, Virtual, inclusive and programs for those with special needs like our Kaleidoscope Program.
We offer a variety of specialty programs throughout the year focuses on different concepts and needs. Programs centered on healing include: Art for Warriors, Art for Educators and Healing with Arts. The Power of Art was a community based program focused on healing the lives of those affected by the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School tragedy through arts therapy.
Artful Saturdays . Join the talented staff at the museum as they guide you and your family through a fun-filled hands on art project. Each session is different and engages everyone in our creative community. When you’re done enjoy a stroll through the gallery or through the sculpture garden.
Group Learning + Tours
We have a variety of group outings and programs to fit your needs ranging from Tours, private and school, led by seasoned docents as well as lectures, events, online interviews and more.
