Artist and Professor Janet Gold is presenting a workshop with interactive exercises in creativity, a set of activities that will stimulate your mind and unlock new thinking and ways to impact personal growth, essentially, a boot camp for the brain.
The workshop, The Natural High: Exploring Creativity will be presented at the Coral Springs Museum of Art on Saturday November 3rd, from 11:00am – 1:00pm in the gallery.
$20 cost $25 at the door. Limited seating.
This is a workshop is for all ages. No artistic talent or experience is needed. All supplies will be provided in the workshop and coffee is complementary.
About the Artist: Gold has been an artist and art educator for over 35 years in Broward County, with the last 15 years at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She holds a Masters Degree in Education in addition to a Masters Degree in Fine Art, and has won local, state, and national awards with her work, including the prestigious South Florida Cultural Consortium, twice. She is a member of several art groups and is a founding member of 6 Hands Collaborative, and a board member of the National Association of Women Artists and the Coral Springs Museum of Art. In her long and illustrious career Gold has been an artist, photographer, curator, art judge, and playwright.
