Museum Family Day
Stop by the Museum in your costumes for a free afternoon of art and sweet treats during Museum Family Day on Saturday, October 25 from 12 to 4 PM!
Event activities:
– Browse Jay’s Bookstore Pop-Up Shop
– Enjoy a seasonal story time
– Create and keep a themed art project
– Enhance your costume with custom face painting
– Participate in a Community Toy Exchange by Toy Trader App in partnership with Supermoms of South Florida
– Trick or Treat at our Museum Front Desk to score some candy!
In addition to art activities and tasty treats, families can be among the first to explore our new exhibit, “Transitions:” A Partnership with SOBRA Collective. Families can also register on site for art classes starting November 2 and more.
Free Museum Family Day events take place periodically as an extension of our ARTventures program which is traditionally held once per month on select Saturdays from 2 to 3 p.m. ARTventures, which is also free, starts with a tour of the current exhibit and culminates with a fun and engaging activity for the whole family.
Admission to the Museum and the Museum Family Day is free. The event is sponsored by FAB! Funding Arts Broward.
